Details: The Italian island of Sardinia.

The flag is called "The Flag of the Four Moors." It is composed of St. George's Cross and four heads with headbands. In some early versions, the four heads were blindfolded. They represent the decapitated heads of Muslim invaders. Muslims first began raiding Sardinia in 705.
