The flag of Belarus. Adopted in 1995. The flag was first designed in 1951. The only difference between the 1995 version and the 1951 version is the 1995 version removed communist symbols from the flag.

Belarus previous adopted a white/red/white flag in 1991. However the government declared that it was the flag of "Nazi collaborators" in 1995. Belorussian volunteers in the German Army and the Waffen SS used the white/red/white flag.

3'x5' flags are 3ft x 5ft, 36in. by 60in, 91cm by 152cm, 1yard by 1.7yard. This is the most common size flag you see hanging on porches, small flag poles, hanging at festivals, and inside of bars and restaurants.
