Details: 3'x5' polyester flag with white header and two grommets. Most flags have four rows of stitches on the fly and two rows on the top, bottom, and header side. Image is screen printed and appears on both sides.

The national flag of Austria. Considered to be the second oldest current national flag in the world after the flag of Denmark.

The flag was supposedly invented by Duke Leopold V after the Siege of Acre in 1219. In an account written in 1260, his white coat was completely drenched in blood. However, when he removed his belt it revealed a white strip.

The flag has been used by the Hapsburg Dynasty since 1283.

After the Austro-Hungarian Empire was dissolved in 1918, it was adopted as the national flag of Austria.

3'x5' flags are 3ft x 5ft, 36in. by 60in, 91cm by 152cm, 1yard by 1.7yard. This is the most common size flag you see hanging on porches, small flag poles, hanging at festivals, and inside of bars and restaurants.
