This is the battle flag of the First Corps of the Army of Tennessee. The corps was active from November 20, 1862 - April 26, 1865.

The Corps used this flag and was referred to as "Polk's Corps" while under the command of Lt. Gen. Leonidas Polk from November 20, 1862 - September 29, 1863.

3'x5' flags are 3ft x 5ft, 36in. by 60in, 91cm by 152cm, 1yard by 1.7yard. This is the most common size flag you see hanging on porches, small flag poles, hanging at festivals, and inside of bars and restaurants.
