How fast will I get my order?

Most orders are shipped within a day. If your order is placed before 12:00 noon, it will likely be shipped the same day.

What does shipping cost?

All products are postpaid in the US and Canada. International orders have a nominal charge which will be added to the order after it is placed.

Can I return merchandise?

Merchandise may be returned within 30 days. However we can not refund the postage. You will receive a full refund minus the cost of postage.

Do I need to pay sales tax?

Only South Carolina residents are charged sales tax. However, South Carolina residents are given a discount equal to sales tax. Our policy is "What you see is what you pay!"

Will I need to be home when the package arrives?

No! We only ship USPS for hassle free residential delivery.

How are the flags made?

All our 3'x5' flags are silk-screened on polyester. Each has two brass grommets for hanging. Every flag is double-sided.

Are the flags for outdoor use?

Yes. The flags will last eight months hanging on a flagpole outside. They will last even longer mounted on your porch/house closer to the ground.
